News of the new release
We were hoping to shared some good news. There was a new EP planned for release next month (December); unfortunately Lisa-Lee has been plagued with a flu virus for several weeks, she's been unable to shift it. This has prevented her from recording and releasing a new EP.
This means that the release will be rescheduled for next year (2019). We will keep you posted on when the new EP is released. Until then, we're sharing the new artwork with you.

Pleurez, pleurez mes yeux
Lisa-Lee sang this, either in late 2006, or early 2007; it was the first time she sang live with a full orchestra. There is a video recording of this performance, but the person who owns that recording wanted to charge us ten times more than he originally agreed to. We've informed him, we won't be paying that much.
This aria is Lisa-Lee's favourite French aria. We hope you enjoy it.

Goodbye, Montserrat Caballe, R.I.P
One of my favourite opera singers died last week. Montserrat Caballe, your voice was perfection. The world will be a slightly darker place without you and your beautiful voice.
To me, I prefer the voice of Montserrat Caballe to Maria Callas. The difference being is that Montserrat's voice is just pure beauty, she never gave a bad performance, and she knew how to touch your heart, even your soul, with her voice.
Montserrat is one of my greatest inspirations, it was watching singers like her, that made me want to become an opera singer. She is my idol. Thank you Montserrat Caballe for leaving us with such beautiful recordings. Your voice will live on for an eternity. To me, you are one of the greatest opera voices of the 20th century. May your memory be a blessing. Rest in peace.

The inner circle - The Circle - Podcast
Lisa-Lee Dark is the contestant that never was. Due to the show originally being interested in Lisa-Lee, she was asked to take part in a podcast about the show, giving an insider's view to how the show was being pitched. Lisa-Lee feels a little disappointed in the show because it had the potential to be hugely diverse and quite edgy, but it's been a little flat. If they tweaked it a little it could become a really good show. Click on the link below to listen to the full podcast. It's around 20 minutes in length. Lisa-Lee has tipped Alex/Kate or Dan to win.........

The Circle
Earlier in the year when I was promoting my book and digital single, I kept getting different offers for different reality tv shows. I don't follow or watch reality tv programmes, because I feel they're dull and a waste of time, partly because they're full of superficial people, who are desperate for attention. That is the opposite of me and who I am.
One of the reality tv programmes that approached me was channel 4's new one called, 'The Circle', I was very apprehensive of getting involved because of my dislike for reality tv. I felt it would be superficial and full of desperate attention seekers. The researchers / casting people kept on to me to apply, and they get me interested in the show format by explaining that it was about how social media is used, and how it can be used for good or bad. Even though I was apprehensive, I thought maybe I could show how social media can be used for good things, like raising awareness on seriously issues that are important in life.
Naturally I wasn't chosen for the show, but from the so-called audition process, I felt the whole thing was 'staged'. And I guess they didn't want to use real, genuine people who use social media for positive things. The Circle begins in the UK tonight at 9:15pm, on channel 4.

The art of debate
Sadly today people have lost the art of debate. Sadly lots of people no longer know how to debate. I believe that part of this is due to social media, also stupid people don't realise they're stupid!
Sometimes there is no right or wrong answer, sometimes everyone is right because you're discussing an opinion, not a fact! It is ok to agree to disagree with people. It's not ok to personally attack someone because they don't share your OPINION! If someone doesn't see things the same way as you, they're not stupid or whatever other personal insult you have for them. They just see things differently to you. Once you resort to insulting a person because they don't see things the way you do, you've lost your argument!
Additionally there are quite a few stupid people who will believe everything they read online, they don't seem to understand that the information is only as accurate and reliable as the person who posted it. Just because something is online doesn't mean its correct or accurate.
If someone is told all their life that elephants are pink, then later on in life you show this person a photograph of an elephant, they'll argue with you that you're lying, they won't believe that it's an elephant because it's not pink! This is what you call a closed or small minded person, they have a low IQ because they refuse to learn. These people are also unable to debate and I've learnt they're not worth your time and energy because they're stupid! And they're happy being ignorant and stupid.

Dealing with a stalker
Most people don't understand stalking. They think a stalker is just someone who follows you around, but that's not necessarily what a stalker will do. Some people might not know they're being stalked. I didn't fully understand until I spoke with the national stalking helpline.
Sometimes a stalker will do things like go out of their way to make sure you see or hear them. They could try to break into your home to physically attack you or try to kill you. They might damage your property, and they might tell lies about you in order to get you in trouble, or to get other people to hate you and possibly attack you. My current stalker has done all the above; but another stalker might be different.
My current stalker is desperate for me to notice him. He keeps doing small little things. When I returned from my short holiday, he was in my street within' one hour of me returning, to make sure I saw him; and when I checked the property I saw that the air vent to my bedroom had been smashed in, as shown in the above photos, and it was undamaged when I left five days before. There was no other damage done to the property, just my bedroom air-vent, and my stalker knows which is my bedroom! Additionally when we went out one evening to celebrate my nephew's 18th birthday, my stalker made sure his car was parked in next doors drive, so I would know that he's around.
These things may sound harmless and trivial, but the stress they cause to you is immense. You have no idea what they're going to do next. He'll either get bored and eventually move on, or I'll have to take civil legal action, or he could go too far and the police will prosecute him, or I could die from all the stress. The trouble is, if he goes too far, how far will he go? I just have to wait and see, until then I have to try and manage to cope with the stress and keep ignoring him, while I'm trying to sort my own life out!

2018 - World Refugee Day
Today is world refugee day. I support and stand with all refugees. Remember that a refugee is a person, a human being. Everyone has the right to live in peace, be safe and feel love. No person is illegal, be thankful you're not in their shoes. The world is full of hate, intolerance and cruelty, there needs to be more kindness, compassion and love. I support and stand with all refugees.

The Hate continues
When will the hate end? Why am I not allowed to have a career or a life? Why do a small group of people want to ruin my life and career? What do I do to get it all to end? My group of haters, old abusers and old childhood bullies want me dead!
Every single time I've started to build my career up I've been attacked. Firstly I was threatened and blackmailed. Then I had them try to get me sacked, then they started sending hate mail and death threats, and in between all that they'd threaten to rape me or sexually assault me every time I started to lose weight. Then last year (2017), when I announced my return to work, with the release of my debut short novel (novella), and a new digital single, I got attacked before I could even begin promoting them. Someone who's been harassing (stalking) me for years tries to break into my home to kill/harm me. I reported that incident, including the things he called me to the police. I also reported all the other incidents to the police.
Finally in March 2018 I return to work and do a small bit of promotion for my book and digital download single, and without fail I experience yet more hate! This time I am having people knock the door very late, and as you can see from the photo, we had dog shit smeared over the front window (We assume its dog's shit). I have reported this to the police, but what's going to happen next? Why won't they leave me get on with my life?
People might think that knocking the door very late is harmless, but it has a deeper meaning to me. When I was abused by the paedophile group, they would come for me late at night by banging or knocking the door or window. Whenever I was on my own, and when I was getting knocks on the door recently it looked like I was home on my own. I believe the people who are attacking me today, are connected to the old paedophile group. How else do they know what to do that will affect me the most? They are trying to make me have a nervous breakdown! Everything has been reported to the police, but what are they going to do next?

The first digital single
This is the first physical copy of Lisa-Lee's digital download single, from 2016. The distribution company are now releasing physical copies of all digital releases. The only problem is, at the moment, the singles cost the same as albums.

Resistance
Resistance......
Because if we fight we might lose, but if we don't fight we've already lost.
Sometimes fighting back is the hardest thing to do, but if we want to be free and help create a better world for everyone, then we must fight back. Equality for everyone.
I am fighting for everyone who is 'different'.

Simple acts of kindness.
Not all of us can do great things; but we can all do a small thing with great love. This is why I tell people we are all capable of changing the world, maybe not for everyone, but one simple act of kindness has the ability to change the world for one person ♡
